In short

An enterprise agentic AI platform is the platform an organisation uses to build, run and govern its AI workforce. Your agents. Your models. Your cloud. It is the one place where everyday work becomes AI agents, where every agent runs approved, on budget and audited, and where what one team builds is kept for the whole company. Novamind Labs is building Novie, the enterprise agentic AI platform.

What the words mean

Agentic means the software does work rather than answering questions. An AI agent takes a described piece of work and carries it out across the systems it is permitted to use, inside the budget and approvals set for it.

Enterprise means the agents are run the way an organisation runs anything else it is answerable for. Each one has an owner, an approval, a budget and a record of what it did.

Platform means one place for all of it. Build, run and govern are three jobs, and when they happen in three separate tools the gaps between them are where cost, risk and knowledge leak out.

AI workforce is the set of agents an organisation builds and runs to do its work, governed like any other part of the workforce: owned, approved, budgeted, audited.

Why organisations are asking the question now

Most organisations already run more AI than they can see in one place. McKinsey's State of AI survey, published in November 2025 from 1,993 respondents in 105 countries, found that 88 percent of organisations use AI in at least one function, about one third have begun scaling it, and 7 percent describe it as fully scaled.

Agents are arriving ahead of the structure to run them. Deloitte's State of AI in the Enterprise 2026, from 3,235 leaders in 24 countries, found that 74 percent expect to be using AI agents by 2027 and 21 percent have a mature governance model for them. In its Q2 2026 Pulse Survey of 204 US C-suite leaders at companies above $1 billion in revenue, KPMG found 53 percent had agents deployed, 26 percent had full real-time visibility of what their AI costs to run, and the same companies planned an average of $202 million in AI spend over the following twelve months.

The question behind the category is practical. Where does an organisation put the AI it already has, so that the next agent is easier to build than the last one, every dollar is traceable, and nothing walks out the door when a person does.

What the platform has to do

Four jobs, in the order a buyer meets them.

  1. Turn everyday work into AI agents. The people who know the work describe it, get approval and automate it, without an IT queue.
  2. Run every agent safe: approved, on budget, audited. Identity on every action, an approval with a scope, a budget that holds before spend is committed, and an audit trail that answers what ran and who approved it.
  3. Share what's built across the whole company. A shared agent library, so what one employee builds every employee keeps, and the next project starts further ahead.
  4. Every use makes it smarter about what to build next. The knowledge of how work runs compounds, and the platform starts telling you where the value is.

Leave any one of the four out and the others get harder. Agents built without approval become the next inventory problem. Governance without a shared library means every team pays the build cost again. A library nobody governs is a risk register.

What separates one platform from another

Independence first. A platform that also sells the models, the clouds or the applications on the other side has an interest in how much of them you use. Novie is independent of the AI it governs: Novamind Labs sells no models, clouds or applications, and puts no meter on the activity Novie governs. Your agents. Your models. Your cloud.

Governed before a dollar moves. The budget is approved before spend is committed and every agent is owned and audited, so leadership can say yes to the whole organisation rather than to one pilot at a time.

Built by the people who know the work, in their own words, with engineers welcome in the process and no longer the bottleneck.

Everything built is kept, and compounds. Built once, used everywhere, and knowledge that outlives every tenure.

Six questions to ask any vendor

  1. Does it work with the models, clouds and tools we already run, or does it sell us its own?
  2. Does the budget hold before spend is committed, or does it report the overrun afterwards?
  3. Does every agent carry a named owner, an approval trail and a full audit trail we can read?
  4. Can the people who know the work build with it, or only engineers?
  5. Is what one team builds available to every team, and kept when people leave?
  6. Whose revenue grows when our AI usage grows?

How Novie does it

Novamind Labs is building Novie, the enterprise agentic AI platform. Build, run, and govern your AI workforce. One intelligent platform. Your agents. Your models. Your cloud.

Novie Control is live. Every dollar visible. Every budget governed. Every call optimised. Every agent governed. Every AI dollar is traced to the team, the project and the owner at the moment it is spent. Caps hold before spend is committed, with a named human on every increase. Each call is routed to the model that should take it, with failover when a provider stumbles. Every agent carries a named owner, an approval trail and a full audit trail.

Novie OS is launching soon. Built in your own words. Shared across the company. Kept for good. Smarter with every use. It is where everyday work becomes shared, governed automation: describe the work, get approval, automate it, and what one employee builds, every employee keeps.

Together they make one loop. Work happens in Novie OS. Novie Control governs it. Everything built is kept in the shared agent library. The Intelligence Layer compounds, and the next workflow worth building surfaces on its own. The longer you run it, the more your company gets back.
