Building the intelligencethat compounds.

Novamind Labs is an AI company. We build the platform organisations use to build, run and govern their AI workforce, so the work an organisation does becomes knowledge it keeps, agents it can trust, and cost it can see.

Building it from Auckland, for organisations everywhere.

  • Jerry Yuan

    COO & Co-Founder

Has argued since the start that the hard part of enterprise AI was never the models.

What we are building toward.

The decisions companies make about enterprise AI over the next few years will be difficult to reverse. These are the four we have already made.

01Intelligence should compound.

Software that only automates leaves an organisation exactly as capable as it was when it started. We think that is a waste of the decade. Every loop of work should leave the business better at the next one, and that gain, rather than the models, is where the advantage sits.

02Neutral by design.

We are free to recommend the builder that is genuinely right for an organisation, because we have no model of our own to sell. That constraint is deliberate, and it keeps our incentives pointed at the customer outcome.

03Every organisation decides what is in scope.

The capability works on data from the connected systems a business already runs, and confidential data is masked before it is processed. The organisation chooses which systems are connected, and permissions are role-aware, so it decides what is in scope before anything runs.

04Capability belongs in-house.

Our deployment team is paid on results delivered, and we measure a good engagement by how quickly it ends. The aim is a team that owns the system and builds the next thing on its own.

Your business gets its own expert.

Every engagement comes with a forward-deployed engineer: someone from Novamind Labs who joins the team doing the work from the first week, builds alongside them, and steps back once they run it themselves.

01

Starts where the work is

The engineer sits with the people doing the job before anything gets built, so the first agent fits the way the team already operates.

02

Builds on what you run

Your models, your clouds and your systems of record stay where they are. The engineer connects the platform to them and stays through the weeks after go-live, where most pilots stall.

03

Hands over the build

Your people learn to build and run the next agent themselves, with the engineer beside them until they do.

Build the intelligenceyour organisation compounds.
